Scam Emails - Here's What You Should Do..

As with any other type of spam, the best advice is to delete it. Don't click any links! Don't give any spammer the benefit of earning even as much as a single dime from his spam being sent out on any number of computer systems. It has been a problem for many years, and nowadays, some spew out millions of emails because we never listened to the experts who said we should have created some form of authentication as a GENERAL aspect for all emails...

It is a huge problem, because some have assessed that over half of all email traffic is spam. That is a lot of computer power being wasted because some fool in Nigeria, India, Indonesia or any other country trying to earn money from cheating other people.

There are many variations of these scam emails. Some claim they have recorded a video from your webcam while you were masturbating, others talk of a huge fortune inherited that they want you to administer, and even others talk of a lottery beneficiary. Everything moves in any number of directions, and it's all just a lie trying to play on your emotions.

First of all, when you have never masturbated in front of your computer, you are safe. But someone could be trying to play on your emotions. What if... When also mentioned that family and friends will get the video, some panic.

Don't ever panic.

Take it easy. Take a breath. Drink some coffee.

Even if someone could get into your pc, you know you covered your camera after watching the documentary on Snowden. :-)

Anyway, the best advice IS to delete this type of scam email, and you should never give anyone the benefit of earning click bait money.
